Getting to Reunion Headquarters
From US Highway 40, turn onto County Road 53 at the entrance to Snow Mountain Ranch. Follow the signs to Indian Peaks Lodge, park near the lodge, and enter through the main entrance. You’ll find Reunion Headquarters in the lobby’s common area near the fireplace. We can’t wait to welcome you!
Arrivals
Check-in time is anytime between 4:00–6:00 PM on Friday, July 10. Please come directly to Reunion Headquarters in the Indian Peaks Lodge lobby. Rather than checking in at the Administration Building, you’ll check in with the reunion organizers at the lodge. We’ll have everything ready for you, including:

* Lodging & meal wristbands
* Reunion welcome packet
* Pre-ordered t-shirts
* Lodging & meal wristbands

Guest rooms are guaranteed by 6:00 PM (and may be available earlier). You’re welcome to enjoy the ranch and its many activities throughout the day, relax in the lodge’s common area, or visit with family while accommodations are being prepared. Once your room is ready, simply drop off your belongings and return to the fun.
Planning to arrive before 4:00 PM? Please text Alisha Fund in advance so we can arrange to meet you with your room assignment and wristbands. You will need your wristband in order to enjoy the ranch.
Once everyone has had a chance to arrive and settle in, we’ll gather in the common area for a brief Reunion Kickoff before walking together to Schlessman Commons Dining Hall to officially begin the weekend.
Departures
Check-out time is 10:00 AM for cabins, yurts, and lodges, and 12:00 PM for campsites. You’re welcome to continue enjoying the ranch after checking out. Please note that Snow Mountain Ranch may apply a half-day fee to accommodations that are not vacated on time.
