LODGING
Snow Mountain Ranch offers many options for lodging including campsites, yurts, RV pads, cabins, and lodges. If you are booking before August 2024, there is a family group rate* available at the Indian Peaks Lodge. If that date has passed, never fear! You can book any lodging you like, including Indian Peaks Lodge, at the regular rate. Most lodging options will open for booking starting in January 2026. We recommend booking as soon as possible to lock in your preferred lodging.
DINING
We strongly recommend the Schlessman Commons dining hall, which is buffet style eating. It will give you the chance to run into other family members at times. There will be one planned large group meal on Sunday, in our rented pavilion, but for most meals, your household will eat when it's convenient to you. Families who book lodging using the group block are required to use the dining hall 2x per day starting with dinner on the first day and breakfast on the last day. The meal cost is $22.00 per adult and $16.50 per child. Kids under 5 eat free.
ACTIVITIES
We will send more information about activities as we get closer to the event date. We will plan opportunities for both large group activities and small group activities. There's A LOT of opportunity for fun and bonding at the ranch. There are even some FREE activities! Be sure to check out the website so that you can start planning for your own small group activities.
MEETING SPACE
We are committing to a full day at the Stillwater Pavilion on Sunday, July 12, 2026. We will hold church services, begin planning for the next reunion, play cards, roast s'mores, and more. The pavilion has seating for 30 and we are anticipating 58+. There are 4 picnic tables plus logs for sitting around the fire ring. If you are not flying, please plan to bring some camping chairs with you.
GROUP BLOCK POLICIES: Deposits are due in August 2024. The balance will be due by June 1, 2026. We can add as many rooms as we like without much consequence. Our next deadline for adding a room will be May 1, 2026. At that time, we will submit our final room and headcount. A new contract will be drafted and signed, and we will need to add $ to the deposit. Keep in mind that the Indian Peaks Lodge (the lodge we are blocking) may sell out by then. July is a very popular month and they already have multiple large groups, like us, committed. If they sell out, you will have other options for lodging and you will book on your own via the Snow Mountain Ranch website. The options include: yurts, campsites, RV pads, cabins, and other lodges. The final deadline for cancelling a room is May 10, 2026. At that point, we will lose 100% of our deposit and we will be contractually obligated to cover the full cost of the rooms we originally booked. After August 29, 2024 but before January 10, 2026, we will lose 30% of our deposit if we cancel rooms. We also cannot drop below 80% of our original booking. Please reach out to us ASAP if you think there's any chance that you will not be able to keep your booking.
