*SUBJECT TO CHANGE
LODGING
Our family will be centered at Indian Peaks Lodge, on Snow Mountain Ranch, and we’d love to have you stay there too. You’re also welcome to book any lodging on the Snow Mountain Ranch property—most options are within a 10–15 minute walk (or a quick drive) from Indian Peaks Lodge. The ranch offers a wide range of accommodations at different price points, including cabins, lodges, yurts, RV sites, and campsites.
Group Block
A discounted room rate of $235 per night is available at Indian Peaks Lodge when booking through our reunion room block. Each room sleeps up to six and includes two beds and a sleeper sofa. A $247 deposit is due at the time of booking, and the deadline to reserve a room within the group block is February 10, 2026. For complete details about our group room block (discounted rates, meal plan requirements, deadlines, and availability) see the Group Block section below.
Non-Group Block
You can book independently from the group at any time using the button below. Because July fills quickly—especially for larger groups—we strongly recommend booking early to secure your preferred lodging. This option provides the most flexibility if you're uncertain whether plans will change and you'll need to cancel.
DINING
Dining Options
Join us for meals at Schlessman Commons, the buffet-style dining hall at the ranch! It’s convenient, flexible, and a great way to bump into family at breakfast and dinner. We’ll have one scheduled (bring-your-own) lunch on Sunday in our rented pavilion, but for most meals, your household can eat in the dining hall whenever it works best for you.
Snow Mountain Ranch also offers a grab-and-go café for quick snacks, drinks, and lighter meals. You’re welcome to bring your own food from the grocery store or local restaurants in Granby. Lodge rooms (including Indian Peaks) allow personal snacks and drinks but do not permit cooking appliances, and fridge space may be limited. Cabins include full kitchens where you can prepare your own meals. Yurts and campsites include fire rings and a limited number of charcoal grills.
Please note that outside food cannot be brought into the dining hall.
Dining Hall Pricing
Dining hall pricing is the same for both group block and non-group blockparticipants.

• Adults (age 12+): $22.00 per dinner, $16.50 per breakfast
• Children (ages 6–12): $16.50 per dinner, $9.00 per breakfast
• Kids under 5: Free

Group Block
Families participating in the group block are required to eat two meals per day in the dining hall—breakfast and dinner. These meals are included in your deposit and final balance (due May 1, 2026). You will make your own arrangements for lunch and snacks.
Non-Group Block
Families not in the group block may "pay-as-you-go" at the dining hall or make their own meal arrangements. Dining hall pricing is the same across both group and non-group participants.
ACTIVITIES
We’ll share more details about activities as we get closer to the reunion. The schedule will include a mix of large group activities (planned by reunion organizers) and small group activities (planned by individual households—you!). Snow Mountain Ranch offers an incredible variety of options—including several free activities—so feel free to explore the website early and start planning what your household might want to do.
Free activities include: swimming pool, roller skating, basketball, soccer, pool, foosball, ping-pong, disc golf, fishing (BYOE), historical sites, mini golf, playgrounds, sand volleyball, softball field, tennis and pickleball, tetherball, trail running, hiking, walking, and summer tubing hill. All other activities require a reservation and an additional fee.

FAMILY SUMMIT
We have reserved the Tilghman Park & Pavilion for the full day on Sunday, July 12, 2026. This will be our main gathering day for the whole group with church services, reunion planning, cards and games, s'mores, and more. Tilghman Park holds 60 people and has 7 picnic tables, a large gas grill, and a playground. Watch this video for more information. Those who are not flying might consider bringing picnic blankets, board, card, and yard games.
ARRIVALS + DEPARTURES
When arriving at Snow Mountain Ranch, please come to the Front Desk in the Administration Building. To get there, after turning onto County Road 53 from US Highway 40, drive until you reach the first 4-way stop. On the left, you will see a sign that says “Guest Check-In”. Turn left here and you will be in the parking lot of the Administration Building. Make your way to the Front Desk to start your check-in process.
Accommodations are guaranteed by 6 PM, but may be ready earlier. Your family can enjoy the property and facilities while lodging accommodations are being prepared. In other words, you can come early and play and then check-in at 6 PM.
Check-Out Time is 10 AM from Cabins, Yurts and Lodges, and 12PM from Campsites
If our group has not checked out of accommodations by 10 AM, a half day fee may be applied. At check-in you will receive information to help you prepare for departure.
GROUP BLOCK*
Beginning in July 2024, we secured a reduced room rate ($235 per night) at Indian Peaks Lodge. The group block is open for new reservations until February 10, 2026, and a $247 deposit is required at the time of booking (contact Bret Fund to reserve). Participation is dependent on room availability at Indian Peaks Lodge and cannot be guaranteed.
All group block reservations include a required meal plan of two meals per day—breakfast and dinner—from Friday night through Monday morning. This applies only to those booking within the block.
If you book(ed) within the block, your initial $247 deposit covers the cost of one night, and your remaining balance is due on or before May 1, 2026. This balance includes the room rate for your two additional nights, all required meals, and a small fee for the meeting space. As an example, a room with six people will likely have a remaining balance of about $1,200. Please note that cancellation fees do apply, so only commit to the group block if you are certain you will attend.
*GROUP BLOCK POLICIES:  Deposits for the original group block are due in August 2024. We can add additional rooms to the block until February 10, 2026, at which time we must submit our final room list and headcount; a new contract will then be drafted and an additional deposit will be required. The remaining balance for all group block participants will be due on or before May 1, 2026. Please note that Indian Peaks Lodge may sell out by February 2026; if that occurs, families may still attend the reunion but will need to book alternate lodging directly through the Snow Mountain Ranch website, choosing from yurts, campsites, RV pads, cabins, or other lodges. If a room is canceled after August 29, 2024 and before January 10, 2026, the guest will forfeit the full amount of their deposit to the reunion organizer. The final date to cancel a room is May 10, 2026; cancellations after that date will require the guest to cover the full cost of the originally booked room(s). Our group must maintain at least 80% of the original room block, booked in August 2024, so please reach out as soon as possible if you believe you need to adjust your booking.
